A text from a friend informed me that JEAN FERCOL’s grandmother died. Nalungkot ako sa balita. I quickly formulated a message for her loss and sent it. Later that day, I received a message from JEAN CHUA saying “I called my lola’s house after receiving your message. She’s fine.”
